摘要
目的探讨食管癌术后早期肠内营养的效果和护理方法。方法回顾性分析186例行食管癌切除、食管-胃颈部吻合术患者的临床资料,术后24 h起实施肠内营养,观察术后恢复情况并比较术前及术后第8天的营养状况。结果所有患者均能良好耐受早期肠内营养,无严重并发症发生,均痊愈出院。术后第8天白蛋白、前白蛋白及转铁蛋白均较术前显著升高(P<0.05);体质量、血红蛋白较术前有所增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论食管癌术后早期肠内营养可以有效改善患者营养状况,规范化护理是保证肠内营养顺利实施的关键,可有效减少并发症发生。
Objective To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition of esophageal cancer patients after operation and its nursing methods. Methods The material of 186 patients undergoing esophagogastrostomy and esophagectomy from June 2009 to December 2012 was retrospectively analyzed. Enteral nutrition was used within 24 hours after operation. Rehabilitation, preoperative nutrition and txastoperative nutrition of the eighth day were compared. Results All of the patients tolerated the enteral nutrition well without serious complications and were healed. The concentration of albumin, prealhumin and transferrin in the eighth day of postoperation were significantly higher than that of preoperation (P 〈 0.05). However, difference in the level of body weight and haemoglobin was not statistically significant (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status in patients after esophagogastrostomy. Standardized nursing is crucial to successfully implement enteral nutrition and reduce the incidence of complications.
