摘要
针对摆锤式铺棉机的摆动机构建立虚拟样机模型,采用三维建模工具Pro/E对模型进行设计,利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS对该模型进行运动学模拟仿真。分析执行机构工作点在铰链四杆取不同长度下的位移、速度、加速度的变化规律及动力输出的驱动曲线,分析各曲线,从而实现对铰链四杆进行优化,得出铰链四杆机构的最适宜尺寸。结果表明:通过模拟仿真能直观展示摆动系统的工作规律,为摆锤式铺棉机的结构设计和改进提供参考依据。
A virtual prototype model for the pendulum cotton-spreading machine was ADAMS, kinematics and dynamics simulations were performed for this model. The change established by Pro/E and laws of displacement, velocity and acceleration on the working point as well as driving curves of power output were analyzed, the suitable size for the four-link mechanism in different curves were compared. The results showed that the working rule of the tilting mechanism can be obtained directly after simulation, and this can provide a reference for designing and improving the pendulum cotton-spreading machine.
