摘要
本文通过采用电子鼻分析技术对烟用香精香料进行气味测定。寻求电子鼻测定仪器的最佳测试参数,使得对烟用香精香料产品测定时,由仪器引起的误差最小。通过单因素试验对测定过程中的重要影响因素进行考察,并通过主成分分析和判别分析法找出最佳参数。研究结果表明,烟用香精香料的最佳仪器测定参数为:顶空产生温度45℃,进样针进样量200μL,样品量0.5mL,测样时间120s时最佳。
In this paper,electronic nose was applied in identifying of different variety of tobacco flavors and fragrances. The principal goal of this study was to obtain the most suitable parameters of electronic nose for analyzing tobacco flavors and fragrances. To do this,testing errors caused by the instrument should be decreased to be the least. Different influencing factors during the measuring process were studied by single factor method. Then,the principal component analysis( PCA) and discriminate factor analysis( DFA) were employed to find out the most suitable parameters. The results indicated the optimal condition were:temperature 45℃,inject volume 200μL,sample volume 0. 5mL,analysis time 120s.
