摘要
随着云计算技术的发展和社交工具微博、微信的出现,以及双方在图书馆服务中的普遍应用,使得图书馆在向用户提供云服务的同时也向用户提供"微"服务。在云环境下提高图书馆的"微"服务质量,需从服务理念、服务内容、数据来源等方面进行改变。
With the development of cloud computing technology and the appearance of social tools——such as microblog, wechat. Both of these two fields are applying in the library generally. It makes libraries provide users with both cloud services while also provirhng micro-services. In order to improve the quality of micro-services in the cloud environment, the library must change their services in terms of service idea, content, and data sources.
