摘要
探讨降低涤棉混纺织物布面竹节纱疵的技术措施。根据各类竹节疵点在布面上的附着形态及电子清纱器采集的成纱疵点分析结果,将竹节纱疵分为5种类型,并分析了各类竹节纱疵的产生原因。通过优选原料、改善清梳工序设备状态、保持牵伸通道光滑、加强运转操作以及控制温湿度等各项基础性管理工作,最终使JT/C 65/35 13 tex品种的百万米纱疵数从955个下降到347个,按美四分制标准评分,竹节纱疵匹扯分由11.67分下降到2.8分,取得了较好的效果。
Technology measures of reducing polyester cotton blended fabric slubby defects were discussed. Slubby defects were classified to five types according to slubby shapes and defects analyses results collected from electronic yarn clearer, causes of each kinds of defects were analyzed. Raw material was optimized, equipment status in biowing-carding process was improved, draft channel was kept smooth, operations were strengthen, temperature and humidity were con- trolled well,finally defects of J T/C 65/35 13 tex yarn can be reduced from 955 per million meters to 347 per million meters. According to the U. S Four Grade Standard, slubby defects can be reduced from 11.67 fen to 2.8 fen, the effect is better.
