摘要 人类巨细胞病毒(HCMV)属疱疹病毒科,在自然界中广泛存在,人类普遍易感。正常人群的血清HCMV抗原阳性率普遍较高,发展中国家更可高达90%-100%。临床上,HCMV感染是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者最常见的机会性病源之一,也是导致SLE患者死亡的主要原因之一。欧洲一项大样本量多中心队列研究曾对1000例SLE患者随访10年,
