摘要
[目的]从校园污水处理站污泥中筛选具有较强脱色能力的微生物,并且研究其脱色特性。[方法]将带有染料的细菌培养基、真菌培养基进行筛选。[结果]筛选得到一株脱色性能高的真菌,初步鉴定为霉菌属。该试验初步研究了该菌对刚果红的脱色条件和脱色机制。该菌在28℃培养时脱色率高达97.3%。该真菌在刚果红浓度≤60 mg/L时,脱色率达到95%以上。当刚果红浓度高达105mg/L时,脱色率仍达到58.6%。这说明该菌对刚果红的耐受性较好。研究表明,该菌在酸性和中性环境中脱色效果更好,在pH≤7时脱色率均能达到95%以上;当脱色48 h时,该菌对刚果红的脱色率就能达到95%以上。该菌株的脱色能力是以吸附为主,是在生长过程中将色素吸附包裹起来达到对染液的脱色效果。[结论]该菌株对刚果红具有较好的脱色效果。
[ Objective] Screening the microorganisms with strong decolorization capacity from the campus sewage treatment plant sludge, and study its decolorization characteristics. [ Method] Using a dye medium to screen the bacteria and fungi. [ Result] A fungal with high decolori- zation capacity was screened and was identified as Aspergillus. The decolorization conditions attd discoloration mechanism of the strain to Congo red was studied. The strain get the highest decolorizing rate 97.3% when it was cultured at 28 ℃, when the concerntration of Congo red is less than 60 mg/L, the decolrization rate is higher than 95%, and the decolrization rate still reach 58.6% when concerntration of Congo red is 105 mg/L. This illustrated that the strain has good tolerance to Congo red. The study found that the strain has better decolrization rate when it' s in acidic and neutral environment. When pH ≤ 7, the decolorization rate can reach more than 95% , when the strain decolorize Congo red for 48 h, the decolorization rate can reach more than 95%. The decoloring method of the strain is primarily by adsoption, the stain adsorbs and wraps the dye during its growth progress. [ Conclusion] The stain has good decolrization effect on the Congo red.
