摘要
通过工程实践及实例调查，并从防水机理上分析，认为温差、应力、防水质量等因素造成了斜屋面的渗漏；提出从设计、材料、施工管理等方面把好质量关是提高斜屋面防水能力的关键。介绍了某住宅小区 11幢斜屋面共 1.5万 m2的防水设计施工工艺和质量控制。
Based upon study of waterproof mechanism as well as project investigation and practice,the author thinks the reason for leaking of pitched roofs are temperature difference,stress and quality of waterproofing etc.The key to improve waterproof performance of pitched roofs is strict quality control in design,material and construction management.A residential quarter having 11 pitched roof buildings with floor area of 15000m2 is taken as an example covering its waterproof design,construction and quality control.
