摘要
资产证券化融资方式能更为有效地解决基础设施项目的融资问题。本文在分析了资产证券化的融资优势及在我国开展资产证券化融资的现实意义的基础上 ,拟定了资产证券化的操作程度 。
The approach to asset securitization financing can be more effective to solve the financing problems of infrastructural items.Based on the analysis of asset securitization financing advantages and realistic significance to asset securitization financing development in China,the writer will work out asset securitization operation sequence,and put forward solutions to the operation difficulties concerned.
