摘要
目的探讨康复新液辅助治疗贝赫切特综合征阿弗他口腔溃疡的效果及护理方法。方法随机抽取2010年1月—2011年10月收治的30例贝赫切特综合征阿弗他口腔溃疡患者作为对照组，抽取2011年11月—2013年7月收治的30例贝赫切特综合征阿弗他VI腔溃疡患者作为观察组，两组患者均采用综合治疗和护理。在此基础上，对照组患者采用锡类散辅助治疗，观察组患者用康复新液辅助治疗。评价两组患者的治疗效果。结果在治疗4d时观察组治疗总有效率为93．33％，高于对照组的73．33％，差异有统计学意义（x2=7．63，P〈0．05）。结论康复新液辅助治疗贝赫切特综合征阿弗他口腔溃疡，同时做好相关护理，在相同时间内，治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of Kangfuxin solution in the auxiliary treatment of aphthous oral ulcer of Behcet＇s syndrome and the nursing method. Methods Sixty patients with aphthous oral ulcer of Behcet＇s syndrome were chosen and divided into the control group （from January 2010 to October 2011 ） and the observation group （from November 2011 to July 2013 ）, each with 30 cases. On the basis of comprehensive treatment and nursing, the control group received the Xileisan, and the observation group received the Kangfuxin solution. The therapeutic effect was evaluated in two groups. Results The total effective rate on the fourth day of treatment was 93.33% in the observation group, and was higher than 73.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ x2 = 7.63, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The Kangfuxin solution in the auxiliary treatment of aphthous oral ulcer of Behcet＇s syndrome combined with the related nursing can get better therapeutic effect.
