摘要
在HG/T 2764—2008《工业过氧碳酸钠》修订过程中,生产企业提出采用原标准试验方法测得样品的热稳定性数值不能真正体现产品真实的热稳定性能。通过对比验证实验数据,最终确定将原标准热稳定性试验方法中的加热条件105℃烘2 h修改为90℃烘24 h,使得测定结果更能科学地反映产品质量的真实性。
In the revision process of chemical industry standard Industrial Sodium Percarbonate （HG/T 2764--2008）,pro- ducers proposed the thermal stability values of the sample measured with original standard test method could not truly reflect the product＇s thermal stability.The test data was verified by comparing the experimental data,and ultimately determined to modify the heating conditions in the original standard method ,i.e.change the＇ 105 ℃ for 2 h＇ into ＇90 ℃ for 24 h＇ ,so that the measurement results could reflect the product quality＇s authenticity more scientifically.
