摘要
应用马尔文激光粒度仪(MS2000型),从遮光度、搅拌泵转速、超声强度及超声时间等几个方面,对锰酸锂样品粒度的测定条件进行考察试验,分析了这几个因素对锰酸锂样品粒度测定的影响,从而选择了一个合适的测定条件。适宜条件:采用一次去离子水为分散剂,加入样品超声1 min,超声强度为8.00,搅拌泵转速为2 400 r/min,遮光度为5%。通过重复性实验可以看出,在此条件下用马尔文激光粒度仪测量电池正极材料锰酸锂的粒度数据重复性好,数据可信,方法可行。
Determination conditions of particle size of lithium manganate sample were studied by malvern laser particle size analyzer (Mastersizer 2000) .The influences of the main factors, such as obscuration, pump speed, intensity, and time of ultra- sound were analyzed, and the appropriate determination conditions were selected according to the results.The suitable condi- tions were using deionized water as dispersant, ultrasonic time of 1 min,ultrasonic intensity of 8.00, pump speed of 2 400 r/min, and obscuration 5%.By replicate test,it could be concluded that the repeatability and reliability of the data were fine, and it was feasible to use malvern laser particle size analyzer to determine the particle size of lithium manganate in these conditions.
