以棒状碱式碳酸铝铵为原料制备硼酸铝晶须 被引量:1

Preparation of aluminum borate whisker from rod-like ammonium aluminium carbonate hydroxide

摘要 在均匀设计实验法及数据挖掘技术得到的优化条件下,采用低温固相法合成棒状碱式碳酸铝铵,以棒状碱式碳酸铝铵和硼酸为原料制备硼酸铝晶须。实验结果表明,棒状碱式碳酸铝铵的Al—O骨架结构对硼酸铝晶须的合成具有诱导作用,加入助熔剂氯化钾有利于一维晶须的生长。经过X射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)表征,得到的硼酸铝晶须平均直径为0.4μm,平均长度为16μm。 Based on the uniform experimental design as well as datamining technology results,the rod-like ammonium aluminium carbonate hydroxide was synthesized by solid-state reaction at low temperature, and aluminum borate whiskers were prepared with rod-like ammonium aluminum carbonate and boric acid as raw materials.Experimental results indicated that the Al-O framework of rod-like ammonium aluminium carbonate hydroxide induced the synthesis of aluminum borate whisker, and using KC1 as smelter flux was good for one-dimensional whisker's growth.The product was characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD) as well as scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The characterized results indicated that the aluminum borate whisker's average diameter was 0.4 μm and average length was about 16 μm.
