摘要
宁南山区出口洋葱产业迅速发展,针对该地区气候特点,选择"美洲豹"、"红宝石"、"白珠"3个代表品种进行品质比较试验,以期为该地区出口洋葱品种的选择提供理论支持。结果表明:"美洲豹"产量、果实含水量、有机酸含量均显著高于其它品种,且可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、糖酸比均显著低于其它品种;"红宝石"除可溶性糖含量和糖酸比显著高于"美洲豹"和"白珠"外,其它指标均处于中等;"白珠"产量、果实含水量和有机酸含量均显著低于其它品种。综合表明,"红宝石"适宜作为鲜食品种大量推广,"美洲豹"适宜作为深加工的品种进行推广。
Expert onions industry has developed rapidly in southern mountain region of Ningxia, according to its climate feature,the quality of three varieties were compared,which were ‘Meizhoubao', ‘Hongbaoshi' ,and ‘Baizhu' ,in order to provide theoretical basis for export varieties of onion. The results showed that the yield,fruit water content and organic acid content of ‘Meizhoubao' were higher than other varieties significantly, and soluble solids, soluble sugar and sugar/acid were lower than others significantly. Soluble sugar and sugar/acid of ‘Hongbaoshi' were higher than 'Meizhoubao' and ‘Baizhu' ,and the other indices were in the middle. Yield,water content fruit and organic acid content of‘Baizhu' were lower than others. So ‘ Hongbaoshi' would be fit as fresh variety to spread,and ‘Meizhoubao' would be fit as machining variety to spread.
