摘要
目的了解国内治疗下呼吸道感染药物经济学的研究现状。方法以主题词"下呼吸道感染"、"药物经济学"检索CNKI数据库,用EXCEL表对文献中研究设计、评价方案、结果处理等进行统计分析。结果共检索到105篇有效文献,研究方法主要采用回顾性研究,分析方法多数采用成本-效果分析;评价方案中2种抗菌药物间的比较占多数,同大类抗菌药物间比较以头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类为主,另有不同厂家的同一种药物间的比较、连续静脉滴注和序贯疗法间的比较;敏感度分析以改变药物价格因素为主。结论应参照《中国药物经济学评价指南》,提高药物经济学研究水平,规范药物经济学文章写作,促进研究结果产生实效。
Objective To determine the pharmacy economics in domestic treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods Retrieved ＂lower respiratory tract infection,pharmacoeconomics＂from CNKI database.Study design, program evaluation,results of treatment were analyzed by Excel.Results There were 105 valid articles.The main research method was retrospective study.The main analysis method was Cost-effectiveness analysis.Evaluation of 2 kinds of antimicrobial agents compared the majority.The same kinds of antibacterial drugs compared majorly to cephalosporins,fluoroquinolones,compared with the same drug from different manufacturers,the comparison between intravenous injection and sequential therapy;Sensitivity analysis were changed mainly in drug price factors and no discount rates were analysed.Conclusions Refer to the《China Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation Guide》to improve the level of pharmacoeconomics studies,standard pharmacoeconomics article writing,promote research results into effect.
