摘要
回顾近年来日本糖尿病的概况 ,提出IGT期处于“未病”、“潜证”阶段 ;分析了糖尿病的临床特点和病因学特征 ;认为早期诊断、持续治疗是其治疗基本原则。由于典型消渴症状不太多 ,而且具有多种合并症 ,因此要按照糖尿病全过程以及具体发展阶段 ,深入地讨论其病因病机。
This paper presents a retrospect of the treatment of diabetes in Japan. The author puts forward the view that the impaired glucose tolerance is at the potential stage and believes that the basic principle of treatment is early diagnosis and continuous treatment. The etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes should be explored with reference to the whole disease process and each stage of the disease, since there are not so many typical symptoms of diabetes.
