摘要
汉防己甲素是从防己科植物粉防己 (StephamiatetrandraS .Moore)的块根中分离提取的一种双苄基异喹啉类生物碱 ,具有直接抑制肿瘤细胞生长、放疗增敏、减轻放、化疗毒性反应及逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性等多种作用 ,其在肿瘤治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。
Tetrandrine is a bisbenzylisoquinoline like alkaloid extracted from the root of Stephamia tetrandra S. Moore. It has the functions of directly inhibiting the growth of tumor cells, reducing the toxic reaction caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy and reversing the drug tolerance of tumor cells. It has wide application in the treatment of tumor.
