摘要
目的 :探讨神经根型颈椎病患者的肘关节屈伸肌力变化 ,为患者制定康复方案提供科学依据。方法 :采用 Cybex- Norm型等速测试仪对 2 6例神经根型颈椎病患者进行双侧肘部肌力测试。结果 :在慢、中、快速 (6 0°/ s、90°/ s、180°/ s) 3种测试速度下 ,患侧肘关节屈伸峰力矩、总功量、平均功率均有下降 ,双侧比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,耐力比及患侧肘屈伸比值双侧比较差异无显著性(P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :神经根型颈椎病会引起肘部屈伸肌力下降。建议治疗时 。
Objective:To study the alteration of flexor and ext er nsor strength of elbow joint in patients with nerve root compression of degenera tive disease of cervical vertebra. To provide scientific bases of making rehabil itation therapy for patients. Methods:Twenty six patients with nerve root compression of degenerat ive disease of cervical vertebra accepted isokinetic dynamometer testing on both elbows flexor and extensor strength with the Cybex-Norm isokinetic dynamomete r. Results:The peak torque values, total work and average power of elbow flexor and externsor on compressive side were low at three angular velocities(6 0°/s?90°/s?180°/s). Endurance rate(180°/s)and flexors/extensors value was no significant difference between the compressive side and normal side (P>0 .05). Conclusion:The strength of the elbow flexors and extensors of patient s with nerve root compression of degenerative disease of cervical vertebra was reduced, so we should pay more attention to training the elbow muscles as soon a s elimination of cervical nerve root compression.
