去唾液酸糖蛋白受体的研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 去唾液酸糖蛋白受体( asialoglycoprotein receptor , ASGPR),也被称为肝细胞半乳糖/N-乙酰基葡糖胺受体,或者 Ashwell-Morell 受体[1]。它主要表达于肝窦状间隙的肝实质细胞表面,是第一个被发现的凝集素。由于它结合配体的钙离子依赖性,因此属于 C 型凝集素。ASGPR 能够介导去唾液酸化的糖蛋白被肝细胞内吞降解[2]。目前已知的ASGPR 的配体非常多,提示其在糖蛋白代谢、脂代谢、凋亡细胞降解、调节凝血、介导病毒进入细胞和自身免疫性炎症反应等多个生理环节均发挥着重要的作用[3]。
