摘要
目的 探讨输尿管异位开口发病机制、病因、诊断及治疗方式。方法 回顾性分析 1997年至今所收治 44例输尿管异位开口患者。结果 44例患者均行手术治疗 ,其中全切 6例 ,肾部分切除 2 1例 ,输尿管吻合 10例 ,输尿管膀胱再植 7例。术后均取得满意疗效 ,漏尿消失、痊愈。结论 手术治疗输尿管异位开口伴漏尿可取得满意疗效。
Objective To discuss the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and therapeutic approaches of ectopic ureter orifice.Methods the medical records of 44 female patients with cectopic ureter orifice admitted into this hospital from1997 up to now were analyzed retrospectireh.Results All the 44 patients were subjected to operational treatment:nephroectomy(6 cases),partial nephroectomy(21 cases)ureter anastomosis(10 cases)and ureterovesicoplasty(7 cases)All the patients were fully recovered after operation and the urine leakage disappeared.Conclusion The operative treatment of ectopic ureter orifice with urine leakage could attain satisfactory therapeutic results.
