摘要
非正式听证有利于提高依法治校管理效率,降低管理成本,有利于促使各方主体广泛参与。在高校管理中,对涉及众多师生利益的重大事项,如教学、科研、招生就业、学生的德智体量化考核等,可以广泛适用非正式听证。非正式听证形式较为广泛,可采用意见征集、座谈讨论、网络舆情分析等形式,而后对所收集的各方意见进行决策论证。
Informal hearing is good for the high efficiency of school management based on law and order, the reduction of management cost, and the wide involvement of all parties concerned. In college management, informal hearing can be applied to many important issues concerning the interests of teachers and students, such as teaching, research, enrollment, employment, overall assessment of students and so on. There are many forms of informal hearing like suggestion box, face-to-face meeting, online communication, and discussion. Suggestions from all channels can be collected and then be dealt with.
