摘要
新型城镇化关键是农民市民化。北京城镇化总体水平已经很高,但区域发展不平衡,城市发展新区和生态涵养发展区城镇化水平不高,对于今后北京城乡统筹发展,新型城镇化的建设会产生重大影响。因此,本文分析了北京农民市民化现状,找出了影响农民市民化的影响因素,最后确定农民市民化的发展路径。
The key of new urbanization is citizenization of farmers. Beijing has a high level of urbanization, but unbalanced regional development. The urbanization level of urban development new district and ecological conservation district is not high, it will have significant impact on the future urban-rural integration and construction of new urbanization. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of Beijing citizenization farmers,and find out the influence of factors,and determine the development path.
