摘要
目的:评价并总结针灸治疗注意力缺陷多动障碍临床试验文献。方法:通过机检全面收集近10年来针灸治疗注意力缺陷多动障碍的临床治疗文献,按照中国循证医学中心/Cochrane手册推荐的标准,分析评价每一篇文献。结果:缺乏高质量的临床治疗试验文献,针灸取穴和针刺方法种类迥异,无确定的选穴原则。结论:有必要在循证医学原则的指导下,加强设计规范严谨的针灸治疗随机对照试验,使其具有随机化方法、正确对照、合适的样本量、全国性诊断标准、客观疗效判定标准、明确统计方法,以期开展针灸治疗注意力缺陷多动障碍的系统评价。
Objective： To assess and analyze the papers about acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of children with attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder（ ADHD）. Methods： Collect all the published papers about ADHD treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in recent decade,and then analyze each paper according to the cretiria of Cochrane manual. Results： There was lack of high quality literature on clinical treatment trials,and there were kinds of acupuncture points and methods with no certain principle. Conclusion： It is essential to devise clinical researches by random,correct control,proper sample number,national diagnosis criteria,objective criteria for assessment of therapeutic effects,and statistical method based on Cochrane. And then carry out systematic evaluation of ADHD treated by acupuncture and moxibustion.
