水飞蓟宾对UVA致人表皮角质形成细胞光老化保护作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:对水飞蓟宾的抗细胞光老化作用进行研究。方法:UVA辐射HaCaT造模,酶生化法检测水飞蓟宾对UVA辐射HaCaT后的细胞增殖及抗氧化酶的影响。结果:水飞蓟宾可增加细胞的增殖活力、降低MDA的产生和LDH的漏出量、提高细胞中SOD的活性。结论:水飞蓟宾对UVA致人角质形成细胞光老化具有明显保护作用。 Objective: To research the effects of anti-cell photoaging of silibinin. Methods: Use HaCaT by UVA radiation as model. Detect the affection of silibinin in cell multiplication and antioxidase by using Enzyme biochemical method. Results: Silibinin could increase cell proliferation activity,reduce the production of MDA and LDH,increase SOD activity in cell. Conclusion: Silibinin can protect UVA inducing photoaging in HaCaT.
