摘要
目的 探讨超声心动图在房间隔缺损 (ASD)经导管闭合术中的监测作用。方法 经导管ASD闭合术患者 2 0例 ,术前、术中、术后进行经胸或 /和经食道超声心动图检查。结果 2 0例患者ASD均为单发继发孔型 ,超声测量房缺直径为 2 2 .3± 8.1mm ,术中伸展直径为 2 5 .2± 8.1mm ,选择Amplatzer封堵器型号 10～ 36mm。术后即刻观察 :房缺完全闭合无残余分流者 12例 ,少许残余分流者 8例 ;5例 6个月后残余分流消失 ,2例 10个月后消失。
Objective To evaluate the application value of echocardiography in transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect (ASD). Methods Twenty patients were treated by transcatheter closure of ASD. All patient were detected by thansthoracic and/or transesophegeal echocardiography (TTE and/or TEE) before,during and after operation. Results All 20 patients suffered from secundum ASDs. The mean diameter of ASD was 22.3±8.7mm and the mean stretched diameter of ASD was 25.2±8.1mm shown by echo. The Amplatzer size ranged from 10～36mm. ASD was occluded completely without residual shunt in 12 cases and small residual shunt were found in 8 cases immediately after procedure. The residual shunt had disappeared in 5 cases at 6 month follow up and 2 cases at 10 month follow up. Conclusion Echocardiography application in transcatheter closure of ASD has an important value in the selection of occlusion device type and guidance of device replacing and follow up. [
