摘要
补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤是李东垣《脾胃论》中的名方,用以治疗由劳倦、饮食不节等因素引起的脾胃虚弱,火邪乘之的病症。肖相如教授经过多年的临床经验,发现大部分复发性口疮患者具有"上有口疮、下有便溏"的临床特点,此特点与补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤的主治病机相合。肖相如教授在临床中常以此方治疗复发性口腔溃疡,并将此经验归纳为"复发性口疮,大便溏泄者,补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤主之。"此经验在临床使用中快速便捷,屡投屡效。
Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction is a famous prescription in LI Dongyuan＇s representative writings The Theory of Spleen and Stomach. After many years of clinical experience, Professor XIAO Xiangru has found that the majority of patients with recurrent oral ulcer （ROU） have clinical characteristics of oral ulcer and loose stools at the same time. This characteristic is accord with the pathogenesis of Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction. Professor XIAO uses this prescription in treating ROU quickly and effectively. Professor XIAO summarizes this experience into a provision ： ＂If ROU and loose stools appeared at the same time, Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction should be used. ＂
