摘要
目的:分析研究治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎应用耳内镜下行鼓膜穿刺置管的疗效及术后并发症,为临床治疗提供经验。方法:选取本院收治的39例儿童分泌性中耳炎患者,全部通过耳内镜进行鼓膜穿刺置管治疗,治疗后检查患者是否产生并发症,比较患者听力恢复情况。结果:经鼓膜穿刺置管治疗后,总有效率93.33%,患儿听力功能恢复良好,治疗后未发生感染等并发症。结论:耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺置管治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎具有创伤小疗效好等优势,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To analyze the study ear endoscopic cannulation through the tympanic membrane in the treatment of children with secretory otitis media and complications for the clinical treatment experience.Method：Thirty nine cases with secretory otitis media in the hospital were selected. All patients were treated through the ear drum puncture endoscopic therapy.Checked whether patients with complication after treatment,and compared the situation of hearing recovery.Result：The total effective rate was 93.33%after treatment by tympanic membrane puncture.Children with hearing function recovered well,no complications such as infection occurred after treatment.Conclusion：Endoscopic ear drum catheterization in treatment of children with otitis media with effusion has good efficacy with less trauma and other advantages,worthy of clinical application.
