摘要
目的探讨经胸超声心动图在指导动脉导管未闭(PDA)封堵术术前及术中的应用价值。方法选择2013年1月-2013年12月我院收治的经诊断需行PDA封堵术的患者106例,随机分为观察组(53例)和对照组(53例),观察组采用超声心动图指导的PDA封堵术进行治疗,对照组采用传统造影方法进行治疗。结果观察组和对照组PDA内径比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),对照组X线暴露时间、对比剂用量和发生并发症例数显著高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组在无残留分流方面显著高于对照组,在有残留分流方面显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经胸超声心动图指导PDA封堵术术前及术中的效果显著,不仅可以降低X线暴露时间、对比剂用量和并发症发生例数,而且还可以减少术后患者残余分流的比例,且安全性较好,值得临床推荐应用。
Objective To study the application value of transthoracic echocardiography in the guidance for patent ductus arteriosus（PDA）closer preoperative and intraoperative.Methods A total of 106 cases of patients with PDA closer in our hospital from February 2013 to November 2013,which randomly divided into observation group （53 cases） and control group （53 cases）.observation group was treated with PDA closer guided by transthoracic echocardio-graphy,while the control group was treated with traditional imaging method.Results The PDA diameter between ob-servation group and control group has no significant difference （P〉0.05）,the X-ray exposure time,contrast agent and number of complications of control group significantly higher than the observation group（P 〈0.05）;The no residual shunt in observation group was significantly higher than the control group while in residual shunt,observation group was significantly lower than the control group（all P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of transthoracic echocardiography in the guidance for PDA closer is significant,not only can reduce X-ray exposure time,the amount of contrast medium and number of complications,still can reduce the proportion of postoperative residual shunt and the security is good, worthy clinical recommendations.
