摘要
目的了解长春地区PHC与乙型肝炎病毒标志物感染模式和HBVDNA载量的关系。方法 2009年1月-2012年12月就诊的258例PHC患者,酶联免疫法检测HBV血清标志物,实时聚合酶链反应法检测血清HBVDNA载量。结果 258例PHC患者,男性209例,占81.00%;女性49例,占19.00%;年龄最小年龄31岁,最大年龄74岁,平均年龄(52.08±9.348)岁;HBsAg阳性者239例(92.63%),HBeAg阳性者42例(16.28%),HBVDNA阳性者157例(60.85%);HBsAg、HBeAb和HBcAb均为阳性者133例(51.55%),其中HBVDNA阳性者80例(60.15%);HBsAg、HBeAg和HBcAb均为阳性者35例(13.57%),其中HBVDNA阳性者35例(100.00%);HBsAg和HBcAb均为阳性者58例(22.48%),其中HBVDNA阳性者27例(46.55%)。结论本研究中PHC患者HBV感染以"小三阳"为主,HBVDNA载量为低水平复制状态,临床上应结合HBV-M和HBVDNA定量检测结果评价患者体内的HBV复制情况。
Objective To get the relationship between the hepartis B virus infection model of ChangChun PHC and HBV DNA loads.Methods January of 2009 to December of 2012 attendance 258 patients Elisa quarantine immunosor-bent assay detection HBV serum marker real-time polymerase chain reaction in serum of HBVDNA capacity.Results The patients of PHC 258 cases,male 209 cases,accounted for 81%,female 49,accounted for 19%,minimum age of 31, the largest age 74 years old,the average age （52.08＆#177;9.348）,HbsAg masculine 239 （92.63%）,HbeAg masculine 42 （16.28%）,HBVDNA masculine 157（60.85%）;HbsAg HbeAb and HbcAb all the positive is 133（51.55%）,include of HBVDNA masculine 80（60.15%）;HbsAg HbeAg and HbcAb all the positive is 35（13.57%）,among HBVDNA mas-culine 35（100%）;HbsAg and HbcAb all the positive is 58（22.48%）,among HBVDNA masculine 27（46.55%）.Con-clusion PHC patients in this study HBV infection is given priority to with “small 3 this world”,HBVDNA loads for low level replication status,should be combined with clinical evaluation of patients with HBV-M and HBVDNA quanti-itative test result of HBV replication in the body.
