摘要
[目的]探讨中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的临床疗效。[方法]选取67例下肢DVT患者随机分为对照组31例和治疗组36例,对照组采用一般处理和溶栓、抗凝、祛聚治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上采用四妙勇安汤加味治疗,1个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]经治疗后,对照组总有效率为74.2%,治疗组总有效率为94.4%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用四妙勇安汤加味联合西药治疗下肢DVT疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗,值得推广。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis（deep venous thrombosis,DVT） of lower extremity. [Methods] 67 patients with DVT were randomly divided into the control group of 31 patients and the treatment group of 36 patients.The control group was treated with general therapy and methods of thrombolysis, anticoagulation, expelling clustering;while the treatment group was on the basis of adopting Simiaoyongan soup; judge the curative effect after one course of treatment. [Results] After treatment,the total effective rate was 74.2% in control group and total effectiveness of treatment group was 94.4% ,and comparing the rates of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] By using Simiaoyongan Decoction combined with western medicine treatment of DVT, the curative effect is superior to pure western medicine treatment, thus it is worth promotion.
