摘要
选取铁岭市凡河流域典型水生态功能区,对现有流域内产业结构、布局等现状以及存在的问题作较为深入的分析,按照水生态功能区6个生态服务功能综合分区的定位、发展导向,对区内的产业进行结构以及布局等方面的调整优化,对于解决流域内不同行政单元产业发展矛盾具有重要的意义,为地方政府制定流域内水生态功能区发展规划提供了参考。
Selecting the typical water ecological function areas of Fanhe river basin inTieling city as an example, on the basis of status survey for induslrial structure and layout, to make deeper analysis of the current problems, and according to the orientation and development direction of the six ecological service function comprehensive partit ion in the water ecological functional area, to adjust industrial structure and layout optimization, it has the vital significance for solving the contradictions in different administrative unit industry development of the basin. For local government formulating development plans of the waters ecology function area provides a reference.
