摘要
针对一种新型三维无损测量装置通过精确的微步长移动来划分微小虚拟切片的需求,提出了一种基于计算机与PLC控制器结合、人机界面与伺服控制技术结合的控制系统,并对系统进行硬件、软件设计,使计算机、PLC控制器、交流伺服系统及带有光栅尺的精密移动滑台组成精密的闭环定位控制。通过微位移定位的误差分析与补偿,控制系统测试微步长多次重复定位误差精度在±0.005mm内,为无损测量装置实现微小的虚拟切片划分提供了可靠、稳定的运动控制。
For the demands of a new type of 3D non-destructive measurement device to divide the tiny virtual slices by accurate micro step move. A new control system with computer and PLC controller combined, human computer interface and servo controlled technology joined is presented, and through hardware and software design, a precise closed-loop positioning control system which consist of the computer, PLC controller, ac servo system and precision moving slide table is developed. By analyzing and compensating the micro displacement positioning error of the system, the control system has been tested within +0.005mm error by repeatedly micro-step precision positioning. A reli'able and stable motion controUing for non- destructive meosurement device in realizing small virtual section division is provided.
