摘要
介绍了金属电塑性拔丝技术的装置及电参数的工艺设定原则。在脉冲电流发生器的设计上,采用了大功率的全控型开关器件GTR模块,实现了较大的电流峰值,实测波形显示,其输出的脉冲矩形波较为规则,满足了电塑性加工过程所需电流峰值大、脉宽窄、脉宽和频率可调的技术要求,电拔丝实验结果表明,该设计是可行的。文中列举了三种电极与丝材的连接方法,并对其进行了比较分析。此外给出了电流工艺参数的选择方法,理论和实验结果分析表明,在电塑性加工中采用大电流,低频率,窄脉宽的脉冲电流形式是合理的。
The process principle of metal electroplastic drawing technology equipment and the electrical parameter are introduced. Powerful GTR module is adopted based on the design of the pulse generator; larger summit current has been realized. The ware shape of actual measurement indicates that the converter output regular square pulse current; technology features of larger summit current, narrow pulse width, adjustable pulse width and frequency, result from drawing experiment shows that the design is feasible. Three types of conductive device between metal and electrode are proposed, comparative analysis has been made. Selection method of current process parameter is provided, theoretical and experimental results show that the pulse current form of large current low frequency and narrow pulse width is reasonable.
