摘要
提出了一种基于步进电机驱动的圆柱内表面测量系统测头自动进给机构设计方案。该进给机构采用步进电机做为动力源,结合经过特殊设计的中心轮和梯形丝杆组合实现进给和离合功能。机构整体结构紧凑,安装维护简便,可实现对测头位置及角度的精确控制并且对于不同的被测零件具有较好的适应性。经计算分析,机构轴向定位误差和角度定位误差完全满足测量需求。自动进给机构可有效解决目前测量过程中手动进给带来的问题,从而提高测量系统的测量效率。
Design scheme of automatic feed mechanism for cylinder internal surface measuring system is put forward. The feed mechanism based on stepping motor, along with trapezoidal screw which is carried by a special designed center wheel is used to complete the feed and clutch functions. The mechanism is easy to assemble and maintain,precise control in axial displacement and angle of rotation together with good adaptability? for.different components can be achieved.?Through calculation and analysis, ?both the axial positioning error and the angle positioning error can fully meet the measurement requirements. The automatic feed mechanism can effectively solve the problems eansed by manual feed during the measurement process and improve the efficiency of the measuring system.
