摘要
通过空间机构的位移分析,导出节能竞技车双梯形转向机构内外侧转向轮角位移关系和压力角计算式;以实现理想的阿克曼转向几何学为设计目标,以双梯形转向机构的机构参数为优化设计变量,以布置空间和最大压力角为约束条件,采用设计变量全域离散寻优的方法,以MATLAB的图形用户界面设计工具GUI为平台,研制了简明实用的空间连杆机构型转向机构设计及分析软件;计算实例和基于ADAMS虚拟样机技术的仿真分析,验证了理论方法与软件的正确性和实用价值。
The relationship between inner and outer steering angle and the formula of pressure angle of the steering trapezoid of ecoao-power racing car are deduced by using the displacement analysis of spatial mechanism~ Applying the mechanism parameters of steering trapezoid as the design variables, using the ideal Ackermann angle as objective function and the vehicle's available space and maximum pressure angle as constraint condition respectively, adopting the method of design variable global discrete optimization, a practical and efficient optimization and analysis software for steering mechanism of spatial linkage type is developed based on the MATLAB/GUL The correctness and practicality of the formulas and the software ave verified by a practical example and its simulation analysis based on the virtual prototype software ADAMS.
