摘要
异形石材产品的需求急剧增加,而我国相关的石材加工设备生产效率低下,加工方式多以手工制作和单机单工序生产为主。根据石材板材产品的加工需求,设计了石材异形板材加工中心机床结构,其总体布局为桥式龙门结构,横梁部件可作X进给运动。横梁的优化设计是加工中心设计的关键部分,兼顾横梁的轻量化设计和刚度要求。进行了加工中心整机动态特性仿真,包括模态分析和瞬态动力学仿真两个部分,根据仿真结果分析石材异形板材加工中心的固有特性,以及对冲击载荷的响应。
With great demand of irregular stone products in our country, processing equipment for stone makes low efficiency in contrast. And processing method gives priority to hand-made or single machine against single procedure. On the basis of stone processing demand, a machining center for irregular stone board is detailedly designed. The machining center has a gantry structure. Beam part, which could realize feed in X direction, is of vital importance in the process of engineering design of machining center. Optimization design of beam part needs to find balance between weight and rigidity. Additionally, dynamic characteristics simulation is realized, which includes modal analysis and transient structural analysis. Result of simulation reflects inherent characteristics and shock response of machining center.
