摘要
目的:探讨八段锦锻炼对大学生抑郁症患者的康复影响。方法:将40名抑郁对象按抑郁水平和男女比例相当随机分成A.B两组,将20名正常学生分为C组,A组进行八段锦锻炼,B、C组作为对照组无任何锻炼,实验时间为10个月,实验前后分别对SDS得分、5-HT、DA、NE等指标进行检测与分析。结果:A组SDS得分较实验前有极显著性降低(P<0.01),与对照组B实验后比较也具显著性降低(P<0.05),与正常组C比较试验后虽仍具有显著差异性(P<0.05),但已非常接近50分的正常水平界限;A组脑神经递质:5-HT、DA、NE激活水平较实验前都有显著性提高(P<0.05),同时也明显高于实验后的对照组B(P<0.05),与正常组C比较无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论:八段锦锻炼对大学生轻、中度抑郁症的治疗有积极作用。
Purpose : To discuss the positive effect of practicing Baduanjin on college students' depression. Method : 40 patients are randomly divided into group A and B, 20 normal divided into group C. The Baduanjin exercise is A group (GA), group B (GB) and group C (GC) without any exercise. The treatment lasts for 10 months, testing and analyzing the scoring of SDS and 5-HT and DA and NE before and after the treatment. Result : The SDS scores of GA was obviously lower than before (P 〈 0.01 ) ,The SDS scores of GA was also lower than GB after the treatment (P 〈 0. 05) , The SDS scores of GA was higher than GBC after the treatment but Very close to the normal score 50. GA'5-HT, DA, NE activation level have significantly im- proved before the experiment (P 〈 0. 05) , also significantly higher than the GB (P 〈 0. 05 ) , There was no significant difference compared with normal GC ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : The Ba Duanjin exercise has a positive role on treating college students' mild and moderate depression.
