摘要
新生代农民工在城市由于受到政府组织的管理缺位、用人单位的人性忽略、体育社团的选择遗忘、自身参与的消极放弃等因素干扰而导致体育话语权缺失。然而,新型城镇化的提出为新生代农民工体育话语权的重塑迎来了契机。因此,基于新型城镇化的背景从法律法规、城镇体育、社区体育、社团体育等方面阐述了新生代农民体育话语权实施的途径。
Due to the absence of government management, ignorance of human nature of employing units, intentional forget of sports associations and their negative abandon of participation, the new-generation migrant workers are lack of the speaking right of physical education. However, the proposal of New Urbanization offers an opportunity for the remodeling of the New-gen- eration Migrant Workers＇ Speaking Right of physical education. Therefore, based on the background of New Urbanization, this paper states the implementation ways of the New-generation Migrant Workers＇ Speaking Right of physical education from the aspects of laws and regulations, urban physical education, community physical education, club physical education etc.
