摘要
围绕葡萄来后的呼吸代谢、采后脱粒机理、ＳＯ２伤害机制及褐变原因等方面，综述了近年来国内外葡萄采后生理研究进展情况。
Research on postharvest physiology of table grape in recent years is summarized in this article.Respirtion,the mechanism of abscission,SO2 injury and browning were systematically analyzed respectively.
