摘要
主要介绍了禽副粘病毒 1型两种主要的囊膜糖蛋白基因的特点 ,结合最近出现的几种分类方法 ,描述了两种新近出现的副粘病毒病 ,强调了禽副粘病毒所表现出的新的致病特点 ,为研究禽副粘病毒病的防制方法提供了理论依据。
Avian paramyxoviruses have been placed in nine serologically related group PMV 1 to PMV 9. The virus responsible for ND in poultry and other birds formed the PMV 1 group. Two kinds of important glycoprotein genes associated with the viral envelope are presented, described two kinds of new diseases arised by paramyxovirus, emphasized the new pathogencity of avian paramyxovirus, provided a theorical foundation for the study on the prevention and control methods of the disease caused by avian paramyxovirus.
