摘要
应用Fluent软件模拟稀土萃取混合澄清槽中液体混合状态,得出示踪剂浓度与分布随混合时间的变化关系,推导出设备放大对搅拌功率和混合时间的影响。研究结果可供混合搅拌设备的放大与设计参考。
By simulating mixing state of liquids in mixing settler using Fluent software ,the tracer agent concentration and distribution in mixing process are determined .T he effect of mixing settler enlarge on stirring power and mixing time were infered .The results has a certain reference value for enlarge and design of mixing equipment .
