硝酸根和高锰酸根对铜萃取剂降解作用的影响 被引量:7

Influence of Nitrate and Permanganate on Degradation of Copper Extractants

摘要 研究了铜萃取剂醛肟和酮肟在NO-3和MnO-4作用下的萃取能力和分相性能,考察了改质剂2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇二异丁酯(TXIB)、异十三醇(TDA)和壬基酚(NP)对醛肟和酮肟抗NO-3和MnO-4氧化作用的能力。结果表明:在NO-3和MnO-4作用下,萃取剂的降解速度明显加快,萃取能力迅速下降,分相性能很快变差;改质剂NP和TDA的加入可改善萃取剂的抗氧化能力,但TXIB几乎无抗氧化作用。 The extraction ability and phase separation performance of copper extractants were studied in the presence of nitrates and permanganates .T he antioxidation ability of aldoxime and ketoxime by adding NP (4-nonylphenol ) ,TDA ( Tridecyl Alcohol ) and TXIB (2 ,2 ,4-trimethylpentanediol diisobutyrate) were researched .The results show that the degradation rate of extractants is very fast in the presence of nitrates and permanganates ,the extraction ability decreases sharply and the phase separation performance became worse and worse .NP and TDA can improve the antioxidation ability of the copper extractants but TXIB almost no such effect .
