摘要
采用铵盐焙烧、水浸、酸浸工艺对烧结法赤泥进行处理,分离出有价金属铁、钙、钠、硅、钛,得到相应的化合物氧化铁、石膏、氯化钠、水玻璃和二氧化钛。研究了焙烧、水浸和酸浸工艺对烧结法赤泥成分的影响,探讨了从烧结法赤泥中分离铁、钙、钠、硅、钛的工艺,分析了制备产品的化学成分和物相组成。
The valuable metals iron ,calcium ,sodium ,titanium and silicon were separated from sintering process red mud by roasting with ammonium salt ,water soaking and acid leaching .Ferric oxide , gypsum ,sodium chloride ,water glass and titanium dioxide were obtained .The influences of the roasting ,water soaking and acid leaching process on composition of sintering process red mud were examined .The process conditions of separating iron ,calcium ,sodium ,titanium and silicon from sintering process red mud were explored .And the composition and phase of the prepared products were analyzed.
