鸡伤寒白痢沙门氏菌培养基和培养方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本试验用 5种培养基对鸡伤寒白痢沙门氏菌 (Sgp)菌株C79_2 0和AS96_1进行了静止培养对比试验 ,结果表明 ,改良硫代硫酸钠培养基和EEM培养基为最适合Sgp的培养基 ,硫代硫酸钠培养基次之 ,普通营养琼脂和SBG琼脂最差 ;对C79_13菌株用改良硫代硫酸钠培养基进行了通气搅拌培养、静止厌氧培养和静止需氧培养的对比试验及pH值对细菌生长的影响试验 ,结果表明 ,通气搅拌培养方法明显优于其它两种培养方法 ,调整pH的试验组菌悬液的OD值和菌数明显高于不调整pH值的试验组。 The comparative test of five different medium used for S.avian C79_20 and AS96_1 was investigated.The results show that the improved sodium thiosulfate medium and EEM medium were the most optimum medium,the sodium thiosulfate medium was better and the common nutritious agar and SBG agar were the worst ones.With the improved sodium thiosulfate medium,the comparative test of three different cultivation for S.avian was also investigated in this paper.The results show that the aerating and stirring cultivation was obviously better than the other methods,or motionless anaerobic cultivation and motionless oxygen_required cultivation.And the results indicate that pH value had an effect on the bacterium growth.To regulate pH value during culturing could marked increase the OD value and the number of bacterium.
