摘要
对某电厂660MW机组送风机频繁失速的原因进行了分析,由于暖风器脏污堵塞造成风道阻力增大等原因使风机出口压力升高,风机在机组大负荷运行时进入不稳定工作区域,引发失速。结合设备实际采取了控制送风母管压力;清理暖风器,降低系统阻力以及旋转暖风器改造等措施解决这一问题,取得了较好效果,保障了发电机组安全稳定运行,对同类型机组解决此类问题提供了参考。
The causes of frequent blower stall in a 660MW power plant are analyzed. Because of the increase of duct resistance made by the heater's dirty and blockage and other reasons, the outlet pressure of the blower rises. As a result, the fan stalls when it enters an unstable work area in the large-load operation. Combined with the actual device ,by means of strengthening the operation of adjustment, controlling the air main pipe pressure; cleaning the air heater, reducing the drag , reforming the rotating air heater system and other measures ,this problem is solved .It achieves a good result, and guarantees the safe-stable operation of a power plant. At the same time, it provides a reference to solve such problems for other same type of units.
