摘要
传感器、仪表的数据采集是工业自动化、信息化生产的基础。Modbus通讯协议在仪表中应用广泛,本文介绍一种基于Mox RTU采集网关的Modbus通信仪表的数据采集方法,分析了Modbus通讯协议,描述了采集系统的构成与连接,详细阐述了程序的设计及参数设置。实践证明此方法采集的数据稳定、精确、实时性好,是各种信息化系统的可靠基础,具有很好的经济效益和推广价值。
data acquisition of sensors and instrument is the foundation of industrial automation and information production. Modbus communication protocol is wildly used in the instrument. In the paper, a data acquisition method of Modbus communication instrument based on Mox RTu acquisition gateway is introduced, and the Modbus protocol is analyzed and the structure of the acquisition system is described. The design and parameter setting of the program are illuminated in detail. It is proved that this method is stable, and accurate and real-time. It is the reliable basis of various information systems and has obvious economic beneift and popularization values.
