带压开采下组煤底板采动破坏深度现场实测及模拟 被引量:7

Field measurement and numerical simulation on the depth of floor damage in lower coal mining with water pressure

摘要 以团柏煤矿10#煤层10115综采工作面作为工程背景,研究带压开采下组煤10#煤层底板采动破坏深度.通过对开采前后煤层底面下不同深度岩石段开展压水试验,测取不同水压下的进(侵)水量,获得了大量的压水实测数据,同时采用F-RFPA2D分析系统模拟整个采场开挖对底板隔水岩层采动破坏规律及其深度,最后将现场实测数据与数值计算结果进行对比分析.研究表明,煤层开采所引起的底板直接破坏深度为9.5m,底板采动最大破坏深度为12 m左右;运用F-RFPA2D模拟分析得出,老顶板初次来压步距为40 m,周期来压步距在12 ~ 16 m,当工作面推进至84 m时,底板破坏深度达到最大值12 m,该结果与现场测试结果基本吻合,同时验证了实测数据的可靠性和有效性.综合结果分析可知,团柏煤矿10#煤层底板采动破坏最大深度为12 m,该结论可为团柏煤矿带压开采下组煤水害防治提供参考依据和科学指导. Based on the No.5216 fully-mechanized working face of No.10 coal seam in Tuanbai mine,the coal seam floor failure depth of No.10 as the exploitation process under pressure was researched.Through the water pressure test of different depth rock under coal seam floor before and after mining,it acquired a lot of pressure water measured data,at the same time,the F-RFPA2D analysis system was used to simulate the damage rule and its depth of water-resisting strata in coal seam floor,Finally,the field measured data and the results of numerical calculation were compared.The results show that the direct floor damage depth which was caused by the mining of coal seam was 9.5 m,the maximum damage depth was 12 m or so; Using F-RFPA2D simulation analysis,the first weighting interval of main roof was 40 m,and the periodic weighting interval was 12 ~ 16 m,when the working face advance to 84 m,the floor damage depth reached the maximum of 12 m,this result was consistent with field test results,the reliability and effectiveness of the measured data were also verified.Based on the analysis of the results,the maximum damage depth of No.10 coal seam floor as the exploitation process was 12 m,this conclusion could be used to provide reference basis and scientific guidance for water disasters prevention of the exploitation process under pressure mining in Tuanbai coal mine
