摘要
集装箱港口是对外贸易物流供应链的核心节点,国家对集装箱港口基础设施建设给予资金支持.通过征收集装箱港口建设费,进一步加快集装箱港口基础设施建设的步伐,减少贸易的物流瓶颈,降低货主物流成本,缩短交货时间.探讨了集装箱港口建设费征收存在的问题,并提出相应的建议.
90% of China＇s foreign trade by sea transport to complete,Container port is the key link of the foreign trade logistics supply chain, Countries give financial support to the container port infrastructure construction. Accelerating the pace of container port infrastructure construction,reducing the trade logistics bottlenecks,reducing the owner＇s logistics cost, shortening the time of delivery by collecting container port construction charges. This paper probes into the problems existing in the container port construction charges collection,and gives corresponding Suggestions.
