摘要
为了适应煤层厚度为0.85-1.4 m的薄煤层,采煤机的机身高度要降低。介绍一种新型油缸迈步式薄煤层采煤机,对采煤机的液压系统进行了重新设计,详细介绍了行走机构的结构及其运行方式。该油缸迈步式薄煤层采煤机运行更加平稳、能效高,制动效果更好,机身高度仅350 mm。
The shear height needs to be reduced mostly in order to apply to the thin coal seam. A new cylinder-stepping-type shearer based on climbing robot was introduced. The hydraulic system of shearer was redesigned,the structure and operation mode of the travel unit were illustrated. The cylinder-stepping-type shearer for thin coal seam has the characteristics of running smooth,high energy efficiency and better braking effect,its body height is only 350 mm.
