当代欧美反倾销法的贸易保护主义功能越来越强。一方面 ,其反倾销法中不合理、不公平的规定仍然存在 ,同时 ,其内容越来越严密与完善。另一方面 ,欧美反倾销法的很多实体性规定弹性极大 ,增强了操作时的人为因素。此外 。
Nowadays,the function of trade protectionism of Euro-American anti-dumping act is reinforced.On the one hand,the unjust and unreasonable regulations exist in the anti-dumping act,its content is tight and perfect;on the other hand,the substantive regulations in Euro-American anti-dumping act are flexible,and enhance the human factors in practice.However,the strict procedural regulations in Euro-American anti-dumping act pay much to the practice of policy of trade protectionism.
